Tim Huval

Tim Huval has served as the Chief Administrative Officer of Humana since 2019. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Huval served as the Chief Human Resource Officer of Humana from 2013 to 2019. Before joining Humana, Mr. Huval served in various leadership positions at Bank of America from 2002 to 2013, including Senior Vice President of Consumer Services & Operations, Head of Operations of Mortgage Services, Head of Operations of Credit Card Services, Chief Information Officer of Global Wealth & Investment Management, Senior Human Resource Executive of Global Wealth & Investment Management, and Human Resource Executive of Global Treasury Services, Technology, and Operations. From 1997 to 2002, Mr. Huval served in various roles at Gateway including Director of Human Resources of Global Operations & Consumer, General Manager of Factory & Call Center, Senior Manger of Human Resources, and Training & Development Manager of Global Operations. Mr. Huval has served on the Board of Directors at Republic Bank since 2022 and previously served on the Public Board at Seacoast Banking Corporation from 2016 to 2019. Mr. Huval has served on the Board of Directors at Castleman Disease Collaborative Network since 2022, the Advisory Board at MyCareGorithm, LLC since 2019, and previously served on the board at Family & Children’s Place from 2013 to 2017, the Educations Committee at the Delaware Business Roundtable from 2009 to 2010, the board of United Way of Delaware from 2008 to 2010, the board of the Delaware Childrens Museum from 2008 to 2010, and the board of Youth Homes Charlotte, NC from 2004 to 2005.
