Tom Anderson

Tom Anderson currently works with Citi as their Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to his current position, Anderson worked with Citi as their Chief compliance Officer – Personal Banking and Wealth Management from 2021-2022. Before working with Citi in 2021, Anderson worked for JPMorgan Chase as their Chief Compliance Officer from 2013-2021 and with American Express as their CEO Global Banking from 2008-2013. Tom also was a member of the American Express Strategic Planning Committee and the Enterprise Risk Management Committee. Before switching companies to work with American, Anderson also worked with Citi as their EVP/Chief Financial Officer & Chief Administrative Officer Commercial Business Group from 2006-2008, their Chief Auditor – Global Consumer Audit and Risk Review from 2001-2006, their Business Head – Citi Cards Region/Segment from 1995-2001 and their Commercial Lending Officer/Region Head from 1988-1995. He has served on the Dean’s Advisory Board at St. John’s University.
