Tracy A. Atkinson

Tracy A. Atkinson became a Board Member of Raytheon Technologies in 2020 but served as a Board Member for Raytheon Company since 2014. Prior to that, she was the Executive Vice President of State Street Corporation and served in several roles including Chief Administration Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Treasurer. Previously, Mrs. Atkinson held leadership positions at MFS Investment Management. Mrs. Atkinson began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Partner. Mrs. Atkinson also currently serves on the Board of Directors for U.S. Steel Corporation and Affiliated Managers Group since 2020 as well as serving on the Board of Directors for The Arc of Massachusetts.
