But in the last few years there's been this shift in the whole corporate sensibility where people are beginning to say wait a minute, we have lots of constituencies, not just shareholders, we have employees, we have communities, we have customers and so on. So I think we're in the middle of a titanic shift from the Freedman mentality to a different mentality where it's all about multiple constituencies. And my own view is that in some number of years I don't know what it'll be, four or five years perhaps something like know, we won't even talk about ESG. It'll be so embedded in everything we do that we won't have to think about it.
