Airtable has not terminated business relationships due to ideological differences, though it actively encourages donations to outspokenly progressive groups. However, Airtable discriminates against faith-based charities in its giving and encourages support for ideological groups hostile to freedom of expression, such as Black Lives Matter (BLM), the ACLU, and others. Airtable does not have viewpoint protection for its employees. For these reasons, Airtable receives a "Medium Risk" rating.

Airtable’s “Justice Hub,” contains several large lists of social justice organizations to give to and/or join, including BLM, the ACLU, and Act Blue (2). The donation list includes bail funds as well.
