Summary:
Asana signed an open letter advocating for the Equality Act but has not funded any ideological organizations hostile to freedom of expression. Asana does require its business partners to have pro-LGBTQ policies in place, but it has never publicly terminated a business relationship due to viewpoints. The company does not have viewpoint protections for its employees. Asana offers a nonprofit discount; however, not all religious organizations are eligible for this benefit. For these reasons, Asana receives a "Medium Risk" rating.
