CarGurus, an online automotive platform, vets vendors according to LGBTQ policies and does not provide viewpoint protections for its employees. However, the company has not publicly terminated business relationships based on views or beliefs. CarGurus covers the cost of "medically necessary transition-related care” for its employees and their children. The company signed an open letter in support of the Equality Act, the Business Statement on Anti-LGBTQ State Legislation, and the CEO's for Gun Safety. CarGurus requires all employees complete unconscious bias training and provides abortion travel benefits for its employees.
