Summary:
Chobani vets vendors according to LGBTQ policies and does not protect its employees against viewpoint discrimination. However, the company has not publicly terminated business relationships based on views or beliefs. Chobani covers the cost of "medically necessary transition-related care” for its employees and their children. The company has advocated for the Equality Act and for federal legislation that would overrule state laws designed to protect girls' sports. Chobani opposed Florida's Parental Rights in Education Law and discriminates against religious organizations in its charitable giving. For these reasons, Chobani receives a Medium Risk rating.

Chobani is a member of the Business Coalition for the Equality Act and was part of the Freedom for All Americans coalition, which advocated for federal legislation that would overrule state laws designed to protect girls’ sports and similar laws (2)(3).
