Constant Contact, an e-mail marketing company, was accused by a GOP congressional candidate of terminating mailing list services contracted by her campaign. The company is a corporate partner of the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce. However, it has not used its corporate reputation or political contributions to support ideological groups or agendas hostile to freedom of expression. For these reasons, Constant Contact receives a Lower Risk rating.
