It has not used corporate dollars to support ideological organizations hostile to freedom of expression, though it has hosted roundtable discussions with some authors in support of the LGBTQ movement and Black Lives Matter (BLM). FiscalNote does not protect its employees against viewpoint discrimination. For these reasons, FiscalNote receives a "Lower Risk" rating.
