Guidehouse is a Northern Virginia-headquartered consulting firm that acquired Navigant Consulting in 2019. Guidehouse does not provide viewpoint protections for its employees, and has pledged to vet vendors for LGBTQ+/ESG policies. However, it has not publicly terminated business relationships based on views or beliefs. Guidehouse is also a member of the Business Coalition for the Equality Act and a sponsor of the Capital Pride Alliance. However, it does not discriminate against religious organizations in its charitable giving and has not used its political contributions for ideological purposes. For these reasons, Guidehouse receives a Medium Risk rating.

The company has also espoused its extensive ESG integration and has stated that it prefers to work with vendors who “share (its) values” (3)(4).

However, Howard left Navigant after the company’s acquisition by Guidehouse in 2019, and Guidehouse CEO Scott McIntyre has not signed the pledge (2). However, Guidehouse is a member of the Business Coalition for the Equality Act (3).
