Insulet, an innovative medical device company, vets vendors according to LGBTQ policies and does not provide viewpoint protections for its employees. However, the company has not publicly terminated business relationships based on views or beliefs. Insulet supports LGBTQ Pride and implemented employee diversity training. The company supports ESG within its business practices and has sponsored a Pride festival and drag queen show.
