Polaris has not terminated business relationships due to views beliefs. It does discriminate against faith-based charities in its corporate giving. Polaris has not used its corporate reputation or company dollars to promote ideological agendas or groups hostile to freedom of expression. For these reasons, Polaris receives a Lower Risk rating.
Has denied service to customers, suppliers, or vendors due to their political views or religious beliefs OR corporately boycotts, divests, or sanctions regions, people groups, or industries.
Polaris has not publicly terminated business relationships due to views or beliefs.
Charitable giving (including employee matching programs) policies or practices discriminate against charitable organizations based on views or religious beliefs.
Polaris will not match employee donations to churches or religious organizations. Polaris will not support “religiously affiliated programs” (1).
Uses corporate reputation to support ideological causes and/or organizations hostile to freedom of expression.
Polaris has unconscious bias trainings for team leaders, though it is not mandatory for all employees (1).
