SLB is a Workplace Pride Global Benchmark member, which helps “with implementing global D&I and LGBTIQ+ policies in countries where obstacles such as legal frameworks or cultural norms make it hard to do so” (6). SLB is implementing unconscious bias training, though it is unclear if it will be required (7).
