Slalom, which is a global consulting firm, vets vendors according to LGBTQ and ESG policies and does not protect its employees against viewpoint discrimination. However, the company has not publicly terminated business relationships based on views or beliefs. Slalom covers the cost of "medically necessary transition-related care. The company's CEO signed the CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion pledge and supports the Equality Act. Slalom pledged to be net zero by 2040 and created the United for Equality Initiative and an Anti-Racism Advisory Committee as part of its DEI initiative. practices involving contracting, assessments, auditing, and reporting” (3). The company has not publicly fired customers, suppliers, or vendors based on political views or religious beliefs.

The company signed an open letter in support of the Equality Act and the CEO’s for Gun Safety Initiative (2)(3). Slalom signed onto The Climate Pledge, where it pledged to be net zero by 2040 and created the United for Equality Initiative and an Anti-Racism Advisory Committee as part of its DEI initiative (4)(5). The company also started an Inclusive Recruiting Program and a racial justice education program with the Racial Equity Institute (6).
