Corprate Bias Ratings
Teradyne, an automation equipment manufacturer, does not protect its employees against viewpoint discrimination but has not publicly terminated business relationships based on views or beliefs. The company integrates ESG into all of its business practices and implements unconscious bias and allyship training for its employees. However, it does not discriminate against religious organizations in its charitable giving and has not used its corporate funds for ideological purposes. Teradyne does not appear to discriminate against religious organizations in its charitable giving. Its employee matching and charitable donations focus on “improving health, wellness, education, our environment, and disaster relief” (1).
Uses corporate reputation to support ideological causes and/or organizations hostile to freedom of expression.
