Voya Financial vets vendors according to LGBTQ policies but has not publicly terminated business relationships based on views or beliefs. The company is a copper sponsor of Out & Equal and a corporate partner of the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce. However, it does not discriminate against religious organizations in its charitable giving and it does provide viewpoint protections for its employees. Furthermore, it has not used its PAC contributions for ideological purposes. For these reasons, Voya Financial receives a "Lower Risk" rating.
