Wingstop, a restaurant chain, does not provide viewpoint protections for its employees. However, it has not publicly terminated business relationships based on views or beliefs. Its CEO signed the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion pledge and implements unconscious bias training for its team members. Wingstop frequently uses its reputation to support LGBTQ Pride.
