XPO Logistics, an LTL freight network, settled a lawsuit with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) after discriminating against a Jewish applicant. XPO does not provide viewpoint protections for its employees and uses its corporate dollars to promote LGBTQ organizations and events. For these reasons, XPO Logistics receives a High Risk rating.

XPO’s charitable giving guidelines require that “all charitable contributions… must be approved in writing” by “the [XPO] Business Unit President.” Since all XPO employees are expected to abide by its Code of Business Ethics, which includes a written policy requiring no discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity, some religious charities would be excluded from charitable donations (1).

XPO Logistics has sponsored Pride parades in areas where it operates, in North America and Europe (1). It has also donated to PFLAG, an LGBTQ advocacy organization.
