XPO Logistics settled a lawsuit with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) after discriminating against a Jewish applicant. XPO has not terminated any other business relationships due to viewpoints or beliefs, however. XPO does not discriminate against religious charities or use political funds to advance ideological causes hostile to freedom of expression. It does, however, fund LGBTQ advocacy. XPO does not have protections against viewpoint discrimination. For these reasons, XPO Logistics receives a "High Risk" rating.
