Mitsubishi integrates ESG into its performance-based compensation for executives (2). Mitsubishi promotes divisive sex and gender policies. Its MHI Group Global Code of Conduct requires international vendors to include sexual orientation in its nondiscrimination policy (3). However, Mitsubishi has not canceled customers, suppliers, or vendors based on political views or religious beliefs (4).
