April Miller Boise

April Miller Boise joined Intel Corporation as an Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer in June 2022. She also has served on the Board of Directors at Trane Technologies since December 2020. Previously she was the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Eaton from January 2020 to June 2022; Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Meritor from August 2016 to December 2019; Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Head of Global Merger and Acquisitions at AVINTIV from March 2015 to December 2015; and Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary for Veyance Technologies, Inc. from January 2011 to February 2015. Ms. Boise was managing Partner and an Executive Committee Member for Thompson Hine LLP from January 2009 to December 2010; Corporate Transactions and Securities Partner from 2002 to December 2010; and Co-Founder and Chair of Women’s Initiative from December 1999 to December 2010. Previously she served as an Associate Lawyers of Corporate Transactions for Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton from March 1997 to December 1999. Ms. Boise began her career as an Associate Lawyer for Blackwell Sanders from 1994 to 1996. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for College Now Greater Cleveland, Inc., the Cleveland Clinic, and the George W. Codrington Charitable Foundation. She serves on the Board of Directors for the City Club of Cleveland and the Assembly for the Arts.
