Asuka Nakahara

Asuka Nakahara joined the Board of Directors at Comcast in 2017. Mr. Nakahara serves on the Board of Directors at CBRE Global Real Estate Income Fund and Co-Founded Peerful and Incompass Labs in 2022. Since 2009, Mr. Nakahara has served as a Partner at Triton Atlantic Partners and previously served in various leadership positions at Trammell Crow Company from 1980 to 1999 including Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Nakahara has been an Associate Director and Practice Professor of Real Estate at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania since 1999 and is a Trustee at Rice University. Mr. Nakahara previously served on the board of Vanguard Group’s innovation Studio, the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, The Philadelphia Foundation, Philadelphia’s Community Foundation, the United States Golf Association, and the PGA.
