Britt Vitalone

Britt Vitalone became Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of McKesson in January 2018. He also serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for U.S. Pharmaceutical and Specialty Health at McKesson since June 2014. Before that, Mr. Vitalone was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning and Mergers and Acquisitions of Finance from April 2012 to July 2014 and as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer from February 2006 to April 2012. Mr. Vitalone currently serves on the Board of Directors for Winvest Acquisition Corporation, a position he has held since July 2021. Previously he served on the Board of Directors for Change Healthcare from January 2018 to March 2020. Prior to his time at McKesson, Mr. Vitalone was the Vice President and Controller of Pembrooke Occupational Health from 2004 to 2006 and the Vice President and Controller of General Electric Capital (GE Financial Assurance LTC) from 2000 to 2004.
