Cary Grace

Cary Grace has been a Board Member for State Farm since June 2022. She has been the CEO and President of AMN Healthcare since 2022. Grace also serves on the boards of League and SageView Advisory Group. From 2012-2021, she worked at AON in various roles, most recently as Special Advisor to the CEO from 2020-2021. She was the CEO of Global Retirement, Investment and Human Capital Business form 2016-2020 and the Chairwoman of Aon Trust Company from 2015-2016. From 2013-2015, she was the CEO of Aon Health Exchanges and from 2012-2013, she was the President. From 1998-2012, she worked at Bank of America in roles that included Global Leader of Mass Affluent Client Business, Global Leader of Institutional Investment Advisory Businesses and Private Banking and Investments Executive. She was the Senior Vice President for First Chicago NPD (JP Morgan).
