Caryn Seidman-Becker

Caryn Seidman-Becker became a Board Member for The Home Depot in 2022 and the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CLEAR (Alclear LLC) in April 2010. She has also served on the Board for the New York Presbyterian Hospital since June 2022 and for the Partnership for New York City since September 2020. Mrs. Seidman-Becker formerly served as a Board Member for the Young Women’s Leadership Network from 2010 to 2018. She was a Founding Partner of Arience Capital in 2002 and served there until 2009. Prior to her time there, Mrs. Seidman-Becker was the Managing Director of Iridian Asset Management from 1997 to 2001. She began her career as Assistant Vice President at Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder from 1994 to 1997. Mrs. Seidman-Becker previously served on the Board of the CME Group and Lemonade, Inc.
