Christopher J. Coughlin

Christopher J. Coughlin joined the Board of Directors at Centene in 2022. Mr. Coughlin has also served on the Board of Directors at Prestige Consumer Healthcare since 2019 and Karuna Therapeutics, Inc. since 2020. From 2010 to 2012, Mr. Coughlin served as the Senior Advisor to the CEO and on the Board of Directors at Tyco Internationals and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2005 to 2010. Prior to his time at Tyco International, Mr. Coughlin served as the Chief Operating Officer and then the Chief Financial officer from 2003 to 2004 and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pharmacia Corp. from 1998 to 2003. Mr. Coughlin served as an Executive Vice President and President at Nabisco from 1996 to 1998 and served in various leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer at Sterling Winthrop from 1981 to 1996. Mr. Coughlin has previously served on the Board of Directors at several other companies including Allergan plc, the Dun & Bradstreet Corp, Hologic, Inc., Covidien Ltd, Dipexium Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Forest Laboratories, Inc., Interpublic Group of Companies, Monsanto Company, Perrigo Company and Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
