Christopher M. Hefty

Chris Hefty is Senior Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at Energy Transfer. He is responsible for overseeing strategy and execution of corporate mergers and acquisitions, asset acquisitions and divestitures, and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining Energy Transfer in 2019, Mr. Hefty spent more than a decade as an investment banker, most recently with the Natural Resources Group at Barclays and prior to that with Lehman Brothers, advising clients on capital markets and strategic transactions.
