David Flavell

David Flavell has served as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at PepsiCo since 2021. From 2019 to 2021, he served as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer at PepsiCo, following various senior legal positions within the company from 2011 to 2019. Before his time at PepsiCo, Flavell was General Counsel of Asia Pacific and Middle East at Danone from 2007 to 2011, and Senior Legal Counsel at Fonterra from 2005 to 2007. He started his career as a Partner at Corrs Chambers Westgarth from 1995 to 2005. Flavell currently serves on the Board of the PepsiCo Foundation, and has been a member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Transparency and Anti-Corruption since 2020. Additionally, he is a member of the New York State Council of Business Leaders in Support of Access to Justice and the Association of General Counsel. He also served on the Board of Directors at SNAC International from 2015 to 2017.
