Dennis V. Arriola

Dennis V. Arriola has joined the Board of Directors at ConocoPhillips in 2022. Mr. Arriola has also served on the Board of Directors at Meritage Homes since 2023 and AAA since 2020. Since June 2023, Mr. Arriola has served as Operating Partner at Sandbrook Capital. Mr. Arriola served as Chief Executive Officer at Avangrid from 2020 to 2022 and Executive Vice President and Group president of Sempra Energy from 2018 to 2020 and President and Chief Executive Officer of SoCalGas from 2014 to 2016 and President and Chief Operating Officer from 2012 to 2014. From 2008 to 2012, Mr. Arriola serves as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of SunPower Corporation and Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Southern California Gas Company from 2006 to 2008. Mr. Arriola served as the Vice President of Communication and Investor Relations at Sempra Energy from 2001 to 2006 and Reginal President and General Manager of South American Operations from 1998 to 2001 and Vice President and Treasurer of the Southern California Gas Company from 1994 to 1998.
