Biography:

Ellen M. Pawlikowski became a Board Member of Raytheon Technologies in September 2018. Prior to that, she was the Commander of Air Force Material Command for the United States Air Force from June 2015 to July 2022, the Military Deputy SAF/AQ for the U.S. Air Force from 2014 to 2015, and the Commander of Space and Missile Systems Center for the U.S. Air Force from 2011 to 2014. Mrs. Pawlikowski previously worked as a Commander for the Air Force Research Laboratory from 2010 to 2011. Mrs. Pawlikowski started her career as a United States Air Force Officer from 1987 to 2009. Mrs. Pawlikowski also serves on the Board of Directors for RPM International, Inc., the Applied Research Associates, Inc., CEM Defense Materials LLC, and SRI International. Previously, she has served on the Board of Directors for Velo3D. Mrs. Pawlikowski is a Board Member for the National Academy of Engineering and worked as a Professor of Systems Architecting and Engineering at the University of Southern California.
