Eugene Willemsen

Eugene Willemsen has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Africa, Middle East, and South Asia since 2019. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Willemsen served as the Chief Executive Officer of Sub-Sahara Africa in 2019 and Executive Vice President of Global Categories & Franchise Management from 2015 to 2019 and Global President of Pepsi-Lipton from 2014 to 2015 and Region President of South East Europe from 2011 to 2014 and Senior Vice President of Commercial in Europe from 2008 to 2011 and General Manager of Northern Europe from 2006 to 2008 and General Manager of Benelux from 2000 to 2006 and Commercial Director of Belgium from 1998 to 2000 and Trade Development Director from 1997 to 1998 and National Account Group Manager from 1995 to 1997. Before joining PepsiCo, Mr. Willemsen served as a Market Unit Manager at Campina from 1989 to 1995. Mr. Willemsen currently serves as Chairman at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s U.S.-Africa Business Center and Vice Co-Chairman at the U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council. Mr. Willemsen served on the Board of Directors at the Association of National Advertisers, the AdCouncil, and the Dutch Grocery Manufacturers Association.
