Biography:

George R. Oliver became a Board Member of Raytheon Technologies in 2020, however has served on the board for Raytheon Company since 2013. Mr. Oliver has also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Johnson Controls International plc since 2017. Prior to that, he was the President and Chief Operating Officer from 2016 to 2017. Mr. Oliver worked at Tyco in several positions including, President of Tyco Fire Protection from 2011 to 2016, President of Tyco Electrical & Metal Products from 2007 to 2010, and President of Tyco Safety Products from 2006 to 2007. Mr. Oliver began his career with General Electric where he worked for 20 years in a variety of operational roles. He worked in leadership positions in GE’s Aircraft Engines and Appliances divisions, President and CEO of GE Engine Services, and President and CEO of GE Water and Process Technologies. Mr. Oliver serves as a Board Member for United Way of Greater Milwaukee, Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce (Business Roundtable), and The Greater Milwaukee Committee.
