Heather Hrap

Heather Hrap has served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Real Estate & Facilities Services since 2022. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Hrap served as the Vice President from 2021 to 2022 and Vice President of Human Resources from 2018 to 2021 and General Manager of Human Resources from 2015 to 2018. Ms. Hrap served as the Director of Human Resources for the Lower 48 from 2012 to 2015 and Director of Human Resource services from 2011 to 2012 and Director of Human Resources Commercial from 2006 to 2011. Before joining ConocoPhillips, Ms. Hrap served as the Human resource Director at Schering-Plough Pharmaceuticals from 2000 to 2006 and in served in various other Human Resource roles at Standard & Poor’s, Fairchild Publications, and Macy’s from 1994 to 2000. Ms. Hrap has served as a Trustee at Theatre Under the Stars since 2021 and the Make-A-Wish Texas Gulf Coast and Louisiana since 2022.
