Jessica Roos

Jessica Roos has been the Global Head of Business Services for Citigroup since 2022 and she is also a Member of the AICPA and is Chartered Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (CMIIA). Prior to her current position she worked with Citi as Chief Auditor, Citi from 2019-2022, Chief Auditor, Institutional Clients Group from 2017-2019 and their Chief Auditor, Finance and Corporate Functions from 2014-2016. Before working with Citi, Roos worked with PwC as a Partner, Assurance – Banking & Capital Markets from 2009-2014, a Senior Manager, Assurance – Banking & Capital Markets from 2007-2009 and a Senior Manager, Assurance – Consumer Finance Group from 2003-2007.
