Biography:

Jim Andrew has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer of PepsiCo since 2020. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Andrew served as the Executive Vice President of Beyond the Bottle business at PepsiCo from 2019 to 2020 and Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Venturing Officer from 2017 to 2019 and Senior Vice President of and Chief Strategy and Venturing Officer from 2016 to 2017. Before joining PepsiCo, Mr. Andres served as the Chief Administrative Officer of Sears Holdings Corporation from April 2016 to August 2016. Mr. Andrew served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer of Royal Philips from 2011 to 2015. Mr. Andrew started his career at The Boston Consulting Group in 1986, moving upwards through the company till his departure as Senior Partner and Managing Director in 2011. Mr. Walker serves on the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Climate & Sustainability Consortium Industry Advisory Board, the World Economic Forum’s Innovation Hub and AdWeek’s sustainability Council. Mr. Andrew previously served on the Board of Directors at the Alliance for Lupas Research from 2004 to 2017.
