Biography:
John Glessner is Freddie Mac’s SVP of Investments and Capital Markets since 2021. He has been with the company for 13 years and 9 months total. Previously he was Freddie Mac’s Treasurer and SVP of Asset and Liability Management from 2018 to 2021. From 2012 to 2018 he was the Vice President of Asset- Liability Management and from 2011 to 2013, he was the Portfolio Manager for the Head of CMO Trading. From 2010 to 2011, he was the Portfolio Manager for Whole Loan Trading. From 2007 to 2009, he was GMAC’s Senior Trader and from 2005 to 2007, he was a Senior Mortgage Trader for FBR. He also worked as a Trader for Freddie Mac for ten years from 1994 to 2004.
