Kathi Whalen, JD

Kathi Whalen has served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer of HCA Healthcare since 2019. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Whalen served as the Vice President of Ethics and Compliance from 2013 to 2018 and Assistant Vice President of Ethics and Compliance Program Development from 1999 to 2013 and Director of Ethics and Compliance from 1997 to 1999. From 1993 to 1997, Ms. Whalen served as Associate Counsel to President Clinton. Ms. Whalen has served on the Board of Directors at Project Transformation Tennessee since 2018 and previously served in the board at Thistle Farms from 2011 to 2017.
