Kenneth A. Burdick

Kenneth A. Burdick joined the Board of Directors at Centene in 2022 and served as the Executive Vice President from 2020 to 2021. Mr. Burdick became the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of LifeStance Health since 2022 and has been on the Board of Directors at First Horizon National Corp. since 2019. From 2015 to 2020, Mr. Burdick served as the Chief Executive Officer of WellCare Health Plans and President of National Health Plans and Chief Operating Officer from 2014 to 2015. Mr. Burdick served as the Chief Executive Officer of BlueCross BlueShield of Minnesota in 2012 and Senior Vice president and Chief Executive Officer of Medicaid Business and MHNet at Coventry Health from 2010 to 2012. From 2010 to 2011, Mr. Burdick served on the Board of Directors at Connextions, Inc. and was a Director at Preferred Homecare from 2009 to 2014. From 1993 to 2009, Mr. Burdick served in various roles at UnitedHealthcare including as the President and Chief Executive Officer from 2006 to 2008. From 1980 to 1993, Mr. Burdick served in various roles at CIGNA including Chief Underwriting Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Senior Vice President of National Account Sales. Mr. Burdick previously served on the Board of Directors at Big Brother Big Sisters of America and United Way twin Cities and Greater Phoenix from 2002 to 2010.
