Kenneth J. Bacon

Kenneth J. Bacon joined the Board of Directors at Comcast in 2002. Mr. Bacon is a Managing Partner at RailField, which he Co-Founded in 2012. Mr. Bacon served as the Executive Vice President of Multifamily Mortgage Business at Fannie Mae from 1993 to 2012 and was Director of the Officer of Securitization at Resolution Trust Corporation from 1990 to 1993. Mr. Bacon served as a Vice president at Morgan Stanley from 1987 to 1990 and at Kidder, Peabody & Co from 1982 to 1987. Mr. Bacon has been a member of the board at Ally Financial since 2015, Forest City Enterprise since 2012, Arbor Realty Trust, Welltower, Inc, and previously at Resolution Trust Corporation. Mr. Bacon has served as the Vice Chair of the Real Estate Executive Council since 2015, has been a member of the Pension Real Estate Association since 2015, and a member of the board at the National Multifamily Housing Council since 2013.
