Kristin C. Peck

Kristin C. Peck has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Zoetis Inc. since 2020. Prior to that role, Ms. Peck served Zoetis in various high-level roles beginning in 2012.

Mr. Peck joined Zoetis from Pfizer, Inc. where she served in various leadership positions across strategy and business development and most recently served as EVP of Worldwide Business Development and Innovation. Prior to joining Pfizer, Ms. Peck held roles at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as well as in private equity and real estate finance at The Prudential Realty Group, The O’Connor Group and J.P. Morgan.

She is currently a member of the Business Roundtable and serves on the board of Catalyst, a non-profit which specializes in DEI initiatives. She also is on the Advisory Board for the Deming Center for Quality, Productivity and Competitiveness at Columbia Business School.
