LeAnn Smith

LeAnn Smith became Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for McKesson in December 2022. Mrs. Smith briefly served on the Board of Directors for Northwest Arkansas Community College in 2021. She was also Senior Vice President of Talent Management and Development at McKesson from May 2021 to December 2022. Prior to her time at McKesson, Mrs. Smith worked as Chief People Leader of Global Corporate Functions for Walmart from February 2018 to May 2021. Previously, she worked at Accenture, as U.S. Midwest Regional Human Resources Lead from 2017 to 2018, as North America Talent Strategy Lead from 2015 to 2017, as Talent Strategy Global Discipline Lead from 2010 to 2015, as Talent Strategist of Technology Business from 2008 to 2010, as Human Resources Business Partner of Accenture Technology Solutions from 2005 to 2008, and as a Consultant from 1998 to 2005.
