Linda P. Hudson

Linda Hudson has been on Bank of America’s Board of Directors since 2012. Linda previously served as a director of Southern Company and is currently a director on the boards of Trane Technologies and TPI Composites. She serves on the non-profit executive board of the University of Florida Foundation. Linda retired as the Chairman and CEO of The Cardea Group in February 2020. She previously retired as president and CEO of BAE Systems, Inc. in January 2014. A graduate of the University of Florida, Linda received her bachelor’s degree in systems engineering with honors.
