Lynn R. Charytan

Lynn R. Charytan has served as the Executive Vice President and Senior Deputy General Counsel of Comcast Corporation and Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Comcast Cable since 2015. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Cheytan served as the Deputy General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Legal Regulatory from 2010 to 2015. From 1994 to 2010, Ms. Cherytan served as Partner and Chair of Communication and Internet Group at WilmerHale and was the In-House Counsel at The Washinton Post from 1992 to 1994. Ms. Charytan has served on the Advisory Board at Relativity since 2022 and the Board of Advisors at TONE Networks since 2018. Ms. Cherytan is also a member of the Board of Directors at the Free Library of Philadelphia Foundation and previously served as a Clerked for Judge Stanley Sporkin on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
