Madeline S. Bell joined the Board of Directors at Comcast in 2016. Ms. Bell has served as the President and Chief Executive officer at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia since 2015. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Bell served as the President and Chief Operating Officer at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia from 2010 to 2015 and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2007 to 2010 and Senior Vice President of Patient Access, Revenue Cycle and Ambulatory from 2003 to 2007 and Vice President of Patient Access and Clinical Services from 1997 to 2003 and Director of Home Care and Case Management from 1995 to 1997. From 1989 to 1995, Ms. Bell served as the Director of Case Management and Maternal-Child Services at Main Line Health. Ms. Bell is a Board Member at the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics and Solutions for Patient Safety, the Schuylkill River Development Corporation, Solutions for Patient Safety, an Executive Committee Member of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, and a member of The Economic Club of New York.
