O.S. Andras

O.S. Andras was elected an Honorary Director of Enterprise GP in November 2010. He previously served as a director of Holdings GP from February 2007 to November 2010 and as a director of our former general partner, Enterprise Products GP, LLC (“EPGP”), from April 1998 to February 2006. Mr. Andras served as the Vice Chairman of EPGP from September 2004 to July 2005 and as the CEO of EPGP from April 1998 to February 2005. Mr. Andras served as President of EPGP from April 1998 until September 2004. He served as President and CEO of EPCO from 1996 to February 2001.
