Patrick S. Flavin

Patrick Flavin is Group Senior Vice President of Measurement with more than three decades of measurement and telecommunications experience. Mr. Flavin oversees the accurate measurement and quality determination functions for all commodities gathered, processed, and transported by the Partnership’s various assets. Additionally, he is responsible for the field telecommunications operation and associated infrastructure for Energy Transfer. Mr. Flavin joined Energy Transfer in 2005 through the acquisition of Houston Pipeline Company, an AEP subsidiary.
