Biography:
Patty Chang-Chien became the Vice President and General Manager of Boeing Research and Technology in November 2022. Prior to that, she was the Vice President of Mission Systems & Autonomy and Chief Electrical and Electronics Engineer from April 2021 to December 2022, the Director of Mission Systems & Cyber Technologies from 2020 to 2021, and the Director of Electronics Technology from 2019 to 2020. Dr. Chang-Chien started her career at Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems in 1997. Over the next 22 years Dr. Chang-Chien worked in various management positions including those involving technical, program, and functional management. At the end of her tenure at Northrop Grumman she was the Director of Electronic Products and Technology.
