Paula A. Santilli

Paula Santilli became Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo Latin America in May 2019 and a Board Member for The Home Depot in 2022. Before that, she was President of PepsiCo Mexico Foods from July 2017 to May 2019, Chief Operating Officer of PepsiCo Mexico Foods from October 2016 to July 2017, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Savory for PepsiCo Mexico Foods from 2011 to September 2016, and President of PepsiCo Mexico Beverages from 2009 to 2011. Prior to her time at PepsiCo, Mrs. Santilli was Country General Manager of Quaker Oats from September 1992 to December 2001. Before that, she was in various marketing roles at the Kellogg Company from 1990 to 1992. Mrs. Santilli began her career at the Campbell Soup Company in various marketing roles from 1989 to 1990.
