Biography:
Penny R. Houy has been the SVP, Tax for Enterpsise Products since 2022 and was the VP – Tax from 2015-2022. Prior to working with Enterprise, Houy worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as Tax Director – Master Limited Partnerships from 2009-2015 and for Deloitte as Tax Manager from 2003-2008.
