Peter R. Voser

Peter Voser has been on the Board of Directors for IBM since January 2015. He has also served as Chairman for PSA International Pte Ltd since April 2019; St. Gallen Foundation for International Studies Board of Trustees since 2019; ABB since 2015. Previously Mr. Voser was Chief Executive Officer of ABB from April 2019 to February 2020; Board Member at Roche from 2011 to 2019; and Chairman of the Board at Catalyst Inc. from 2013 to 2017. He was Shell, Netherlands Chief Executive Officer and a Member of the Board from 2009 to June 2013 and Chief Financial Officer and Board Member from 2004 to 2009. Prior to this he served on the Board of Directors for UBS from 2005 to August 2010, was a Member of Swiss Federal Auditor Oversight Authority from 2006 to 2010 and was on the Supervisory Board of Aegon from 2004 to August 2006. Mr. Voser was Chief Financial Officer at ABB from 2002 to 2004. He began his career at Shell, serving as Chief Financial Officer of Global Oil Products Business from 2001 to August 2002; Chief Financial Officer of Europe Oil Products from 1999 to 2001; Group Chief Internal Auditor from 1997 to 1999; and various finance and business roles from 1982 to January 1997.
